We read the book The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister. It taught us an important lesson about friendship. Then we made our own rainbow fish. First we folded our paper in half and drew our fish with pencil. Then we went over with black vivid. Next we took our paper to the window and traced our drawing onto the other side. We used watercolour crayons to colour in. We glued on some colourful glitter to give our fish shiny scales. Finally we stuffed our fish with some paper and plastic.

We thought about what makes a good friend. Then we wrote a sentence about how we can be a good friend just like the Rainbow Fish. |

We also each made an individual pledge to look after our planet. |
